How Growth Kali handles your information.

If you contact us about a project, we collect the information you send: name, email, audience type, city or service area, tools, interest, and the problem description. That inquiry is stored in our lead database so we can reply and follow up.

If you use Local Site Check, we fetch the public website URL you submit, extract publicly visible business details when present (such as name, phone, and email), score the page, and store the check findings with the contact details you confirm at the gate. If you request the AI sales-agent demo, we also keep your consent record, optional alternate contact details, and related notes.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location derived by Google, device/browser type, and conversion events such as form submits, Site Check unlocks, demo requests, and booking clicks. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers for this.

We do not sell personal information.

Inquiry and Site Check lead records are used to reply, scope work, improve the tools, and keep a record of the conversation.

Site Check data is used to generate your report, email it to the address you confirm, and — only if you opt in — to call or text you with an AI voice for a live demo of an after-hours sales agent, and to follow up about related services.

Analytics data is used to see which pages and funnels work, not to build advertising audiences for sale.

Contact and Site Check leads are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database bound to the Growth Kali site.

The website runs on Cloudflare. Google Analytics is provided by Google. Email delivery, voice calling, SMS, calendar booking (Calendly), and similar tools may run through third-party providers we configure for the site.

Lead alerts and Site Check report emails are delivered through Resend. Contact form submits are saved first, then you are sent to the booking calendar.

Google Analytics may use cookies or local storage. You can block analytics cookies in your browser, use a content blocker, or install Google’s opt-out tools. Blocking analytics does not stop the site from working, and it does not delete lead records you already submitted through a form.

We keep inquiry and Site Check records as long as they are useful for operating the business or as required by law. Demo call consent records are kept to show what you agreed to. Analytics aggregates are retained according to the Google Analytics property settings.
