01Local websites

Local websites and search presence

A clear website and local search presence for garage door, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home-service operators who need calls and booked jobs.

Who it is for

Local trades — especially garage door, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical — that need a site customers trust, pages that match high-intent search, and a path from search to a phone call or form.

Outcome

You get a site structure built for local discovery, core pages that explain the work and the service area, and a conversion path your team can answer.

Typical scope

What usually gets delivered.

Exact scope is written before work begins. These are the pieces most projects include.

  • 01

Business and service-area page map for your trade

  • 02

Website build or rebuild for local intent

  • 03

Google Business Profile and citation basics

  • 04

    Call and form tracking recommendations

  • 05

Handoff notes your team can maintain

  • 06

Optional path into after-hours lead response / AI intake

How it runs

From first note to handoff.

  1. 01

    Walk your market first

We look at how customers in your area actually search for your trade and what currently ranks. From that we draft a page map: services, service areas, and the proof each page needs.

  2. 02

    Written scope and fixed quote

You get the page map, the timeline, and a fixed price in writing before anything gets built. The number holds unless you change the scope.

  3. 03

    Build in accounts you own

Domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, and analytics all live under your name from day one. We build the site and wire call and form tracking inside them.

  4. 04

    Test it like a customer

Before launch we walk the site together on a phone, tap the number, submit the forms, and confirm every lead lands somewhere a real person will see it.

  5. 05

    Handoff your team can use

You get plain notes on updating hours, adding photos, and posting new jobs, so the site does not quietly rot the month after we leave.

A good fit

  • A garage door or HVAC company whose entire web presence is a Facebook page and a cell number.

  • An operator with a site that looks fine but has not made the phone ring in years.

  • A trade expanding into a second town that needs pages which hold up there.

  • You answer your phone. The problem is that not enough of the right people are calling it.

Not a fit

  • You want guaranteed rankings on a schedule. Nobody honest sells that.

  • You need daily content volume or someone to run your social media. That is a different kind of vendor.

  • Your phone already rings more than you can answer. Fix intake before presence; the lead response system is the better starting point.

About pricing

We do not publish prices yet. Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed quote, so you know the full cost before we build anything. And if the scoping work shows a website will not pay for itself in your market, we tell you that instead of selling you the project.

Common questions

Asked before most projects.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. The domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, and analytics are all registered under accounts in your name. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and the site keeps running.

We already have a website. Do you start over?

Not automatically. We audit what exists first. If the structure is sound we keep it and fix the pages, tracking, and local search gaps. A full rebuild only goes in the scope when the current site is genuinely working against you, and the scope will say why.

How long does a build take?

A focused site for one trade in one market usually runs three to six weeks from scope approval. Larger service-area builds take longer. The biggest variable is how quickly we get photos, service details, and review time from your side, and the written scope includes a timeline for your project specifically.

Do you run ads too?

Not as part of this project. We build the site and the call and form tracking so that if you buy ads later, from us or from anyone else, you can see exactly what they earn. Buying traffic before the site converts just makes the leak more expensive.
